Black College Expo 2010 (11/14/10)
The Prince Georges County Maryland Chapter (PGCMDC) was asked to represent NSU at the Black Expo College Fair that was held at the University of Maryland on November 13th. Chapter members answered questions about the university, accepted over 70 applications, and gathered contact data for dozens of potential PGCMDC scholarship applicants.

On Monday, March 10, 2008, Maryland State Delegate Shawn Z. Tarrant sponsored NSU Night in Annapolis. Delegate Tarrant is a 1989 graduate of NSU and lifetime member of the NSU Alumni Association.
