The PGCMDC is considering supporting the Norfolk Chapter of the NSU Alumni Association's 30th Annual Noah F. & Georgia A. Ryder Commemorative Concert on April 24th by purchasing an ad. The funds received from this concert are used to provide scholarships to deserving students.
